In the heart of Chester Le Street we asked members of peak body gym “Is the gym a healthy obsession?”
Recent reports have shown over use of the gym can lead to fatigue and exhaustion from over working yourself too hard as your body does not have time to rest. This can then lead to serious injuries or becoming poorly, so we investigated if this was in fact true by asking members of Pure body Gym if they felt as if this was true.
