Built just a five-minute walk from St James’ Park this new centre, known as NUCASTLE, will help provide vital aid to hundreds of thousands of people in the North East.
The centre’s first month has seen a great response from the community. With people making regular use of its state of the art facilities.
NUCASTLE offers a space for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities a chance to come along and express themselves through sport, fitness or even their e-sports facilities.
NUCASTLE has more than 160 dance, cycle, fitness and wellbeing classes every month with live and virtual instructors.
As well as facility hire of its 4G football pitch, children’s birthday parties and more.
The NUCASTLE centre will play an integral part of the Foundations programme delivery and is expected to attract more than 100,000 visitors annually.
