Nath commented on his recent success: “It’s pretty crazy how well my debut release has done in the charts! I made the tracks in March 2023 so it’s been a 13 month turn around from originally writing the music, to the songs release date.”

“To see the two tracks go to Number 2 in the world is so surreal and makes me incredibly proud! I’ve been producing music for the last 5/6 years and have been DJ’ing for the last 14 years, I’ve dedicated my life to music, so seeing the tracks do well is a massive mile stone for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for the whole support I’ve had around the world.”

Nath has been DJ’ing since he was 12 years old, and has been pursuing DJ’ing and production full time since 2021. He has shared the stage with world renowned DJ’s like Solardo, Camelphat, Joseph Capriati among many more.

The Sunderland-born DJ graduated from the University in 2019 with a tourism and events degree but he’s certainly made his mark in the music industry.

A spokesperson for the University of Sunderland said “Nathan received funding from the University’s DOSH (Development Office Scholarships) scheme in 2020 to help realise his ambitions by building his own studio at home. We helped support Nath’s plans after he graduated.  We can now see Nathan’s hard work is starting to pay off and he is reaching his potential.

“We are thrilled that Nathan’s debut record has reached number two in a music chart after signing with his first label.”

Despite only having released two songs, it’s clear Nath is making a name for himself within the industry and it’s certainly worth following his career. We can’t wait to see what he does next.
