Written by on 23rd February 2023

A tribute act festival has added three more bands to the line-up.

Christmas Rocks returns to O2 City Hall, Newcastle, in December this year. The event is planned to take place on three nights, December 27 to December 29.

Blackmore’s Blood, Tyne Maiden, and INXS UK are the latest to join the line-up and six more bands are going to be announced in the next few weeks.

Alanis: Little Jagged Pill, who is performing on Dec 29 said: “We’re honoured to be a part of the lineup for such a talent-laden event, at a truly legendary venue. Playing ‘Alanis’ to such a crowd is going to give us all the vibes that we cannot wait to feel and share with you all.”

Along with that, Fu Fighters, a Foo Fighter tribute band, has also shared that they are delighted to be invited by the Christmas Rocks team to play at Newcastle City Hall once again in 2023. “To play in the stunning venue is both an honour and a pleasure. Rest assured Fu Fighters will be coming up with something special for the show and may even throw in a couple of surprises for the fans. It’s going be a great gig for sure!”

Other recurring bands include Fleeting Rumours and Bon Jovi.

Tickets are now on sale here.
