The Sunderland café offering counselling & mental health support to its patrons

The Betsy Jenny counselling and wellbeing café in Sunderland is offering talking therapy and various activities to help local people with their mental health.
Café founder Steve Lynn was inspired to set up the community hub after his own experience with grief counselling following the death of his son, Steven.
Now, he is opening his doors and encouraging those in need of extra support to come down and take advantage of their services.
