Glastonbury Festival 2025 Announce Changes For Ticket Sales

Glastonbury Festival have changed their ticket system for 2025, adding a queue to purchases ahead of ticket sales going up next week. Anyone attempting to purchase festival tickets (on November 14 and November 19) will be automatically assigned a random place in the queue.
Below is all the information needed for anyone planning to attend the festival next year.
When is Glastonbury 2025?
Glastonbury 2025 will take place Wednesday, June 25 to Sunday, June 29.
Where is it held?
Glastonbury is held on Worthy Farm, Pilton Sommerset.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets plus coach travel go on sale Thursday, November 14 at 6pm and general admission tickets go on sale Sunday, November 19 at 9am. Everyone attempting to purchase a ticket will be randomly assigned to a place in the sale queue. It is advised not to refresh the page or try to book through multiple devices as you could lose your place.
How to get tickets:
Before tickets go on sale you must register. Registration is free of charge. To register you are required to provide basic contact details plus a “passport-style photo”.
If you are purchasing tickets for other people, they must also register; you will need their registration number and postcodes during your purchase.
After registering you will receive a confirmation or rejection email 48 hours after submission, during the working week (Monday – Friday). If you have a previous registration, it is advised you check your details are accurate and up to date.
Registration will close on Monday, November 11 at 5pm. You can not register or edit a registration after this until the November ticket sales close.
Price of tickets
Tickets cost £373.50 plus a £5 booking fee. There is 6 maximum ticket purchase and £75 deposit per person.
Who is playing?
No artists have been confirmed as of yet, but rumoured acts include:
- Eminem
- Oasis
- Taylor Swift
- Sam Fender
- Raye
- Olivia Rodrigo
Acts are usually announced in March, but musicians may self-confirm before then.
Where to stay:
Accommodation at the venue (tipis and pre-erected accommodation) will be available later in the month on the Glastonbury website.
How to get there
Glastonbury are offering coaches from listed towns to the festival. Alternatively, you can book a train to Castle Cary, a 30-minute drive away from the event and a free shuttle bus will be available for ticket-holders.
