Newcastle Food Festival is to take place at Exhibition Park from Saturday, May 4 to 6 (the Bank holiday weekend). There will be food, drink, live entertainment from music to comedy, and plenty of activities for both kids and adults to enjoy!
Diverse cuisine is offered, from Greek to South East Asian, accompanied by a selection of beverages to enjoy, including rum, gin, wine and craft ales – as well as alcohol-free choices!
Over 100 traders, including local businesses, will be selling produce, fresh-baked goods and hand-made art and crafts.
Entertainment such as a Taylor Swift and Queen tribute will be performing and you can watch live cookery theatre hosted by MasterChef’s Anthony O’Shaughnessy.
The festival is in partnership with Tyneside and Northumberland Mind, a mental health charity that aims to provide support, advice and tools to anyone in the Tyneside area. You can make (optional) donations during the event and on ticket sales.
