Written by Lucy Stutt on 27th November 2025
Rugby League will visit the Hill Dickinson Stadium in July 2026 with Magic Weekend for the first time.
Magic Weekend is an annual Rugby League event where a full round of fixtures are played at one venue in the same weekend.
Rugby League was the first sport other than football to be played at Everton’s new home ground.
Magic Weekend follows England’s second loss, played at the stadium, in their 3-0 series defeat to the Kangaroos in the Ashes.
