Study: language barrier in UK healthcare services ‘risks trauma’ for eastern European women

A study by Sunderland University and the charity International Community Organisation of Sunderland (ICOS) has found that eastern European women are struggling to break the language barrier in accessing UK healthcare due to a lack of translation services.
Kyoka Omori went along to interview Dr Louise Harvey-Golding at the University of Sunderland.
