Busted announced as Kubix Festival 2024 headliners

Kubix Festival have announced that Busted will headline Sunderland’s biggest Pop Party on Saturday 13th July 2024 as part of their series of huge outdoor UK shows in 2024. Following on from a sell-out UK arena tour, and with their greatest hits recently reaching number 1 in the UK, Busted will have Herrington Country Park absolutely rocking!
Busted’s many successes spread far beyond the singles charts. Three of their four studio albums also peaked at #2, with 4.5 million sales leading to eight Platinum certifications as well as a total of 25 weeks in the Top 10 and two 5x Platinum selling albums. They have won two BRIT Awards – Best Pop Act and Best British Breakthrough – while multiple sold-out arena tours have seen them sell more than 2 million tickets.
Also joining Busted on the main stage are Boyzlife featuring Keith Duffy from Boyzone and Westlife’s Brian McFadden, Girls Aloud’s Irish superstar Nadine Coyle, The return of the Vengaboys, The Outhere Brothers, 2 Unlimited and Rednex.
The ever-popular dance arena returns with Ultrabeat, Basshunter, Cascada, Andy Whitby, QFX, Klubfiller, Mark Breeze and Micky Modelle and a few more artists still to be announced.

Kubix Festival 2024 has already sold over 60% of all tickets, and with the 2022 and 2023 festivals both being completely sold out well in advance of the event, customers are advised to get their tickets quickly!
The festival has once again partnered with The University of Sunderland for the event in a 3 year partnership which includes opportunities for students to gain first-hand work and placement experience in event and production management and also opportunities to attend the festival as special VIPs.
