The New Sundial is a bar and restaurant located on South Shields Seafront, and they’re all set for an action-packed weekend of festive celebrations.

A spokesperson from The New Sundial said: “This Friday we have Stevey’s St Patrick’s Day Shindig, starting from 7pm.

“The night is jam packed with entertainment, a quiz, bingo, games and giveaways.”

Speaking on the importance of events like St Patrick’s Day to local businesses, the spokesperson stated: “We feel like it’s really important to support local businesses all throughout the year.

“Due to Covid and the cost of everything going up, the hospitality industry has really been hit hard, which is why we put on events like this to put some positivity back out there and to give everyone a great time!”
