Newcastle Welcomes the 2025 Vegan Festival

More than 60 local small businesses will showcase their products at the Vegan Festival at Newcastle’s Walker Activity Dome on Saturday, November 15.

From 10:30am to 4:00pm, ticket-holders can explore a range of vegan food, drink, skincare, clothing, and organisation stalls — all promoting sustainable living, ethical choices, and charitable causes.
Victoria Bryceson, founder of Vegan Events UK, said: ‘This extravaganza will provide the ultimate inspiration for vegans, vegetarians, those thinking about going vegan or those wanting to include more vegan products in their diet. Everyone is welcome.”
A standard entry ticket is £5 and anyone under 16 can enter for free, making it a family friendly day-out. Free parking is also available at the venue. But, if you’re looking for something a little extra, grab yourself a VIP ticket that includes a goody bag full of vegan products, samples, discounts and offers.
Newcastle’s Vegan Festival is an engaging and influential event for all ages to enjoy. Inspiring talks and workshops will be held between 12:00am and 3:00pm on anything from busting vegan protein myths to tackling the ongoing climate crisis. The venue also has fun activities for children to enjoy as the adults explore their sweet and savoury cooking demos.
Jem from Jem’s Vegan Bakes has said: “I’m excited to be trading at Newcastle Vegan Festival for the second year running. Always a great event and opportunity to explore more plant-based options.”
Jem’s Vegan Bakes is one of the many North East businesses joining the event, her stall will stand with a wide range of food and drink organisations. However, the Vegan Festival is not just a food and catering event. Here you can find vegan, cruelty-free and sustainable skincare, makeup, soap, candles and even clothing. There will also be stalls spreading awareness for important and relevant charities like Victoria Bryceson’s own ‘Miracle Mission’ which helps animals worldwide by offering strays safety, comfort and health.
