This year marks a decade since the pop-duo Rizzle Kicks graced the stage at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light.
The one-day festival saw Rizzle Kicks take to the stage alongside a whole host of pop legends including Jessie J, Jason Derulo, and The Vamps.
The Brighton-born pair were highly complementary of the North East. Speaking to Capital they described their awe at the opportunity to perform at the Stadium of Light while praising the lively North East crowd. The duo stopped short of saying what they got up to on their North East night-out.

The duo, made up of Jordan Stephens and Harley Sulé, broke onto the scene in 2011.  Their singles Down With The Trumpets and Mama Do The Hump launched the pair towards mainstream success.

Next month the pair are set to return to the stage at London’s iconic KOKO venue in Camden, ahead of their upcoming UK Tour in 2025. Rizzle Kicks will perform at Manchester’s O2 Ritz, Birmingham’s O2 Institute and London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town across March 2025. The duo have also announced a homecoming return to Brighton to headline The Great Escape.

Fans of the group will be excited to hear their latest single Gumdrops, the second single the pair have released since announcing their return earlier this year. Gumdrops is available alongside the group’s comeback single Javelin on all major streaming services.
