Top 4 best winter coats of Black Friday 2025
Written by Oliver Gill on 28th November 2025
With Black Friday currently happening and the cold weather becoming a very familiar foe, was there ever a more suitable time to equip yourself with a brand new winter coat to combat the cold? Here are Spark’s top five best picks if you’re looking for the best coat this winter:
1. ZARA puffer jacket
The ZARA puffer jacket has become arguably the most popular budget winter jacket of 2025. Coming in at an extremely reasonable price of £120.00 – it’s clear to see why this 100% feather masterpiece has sold out numerous times over the past few weeks forcing multiple restocks. Available in five different colours, which all provide that glossy look which so many in the fashion industry crave these days. The ZARA 2025 puffer jacket is my number one pick for this list.
2. UNIQLO Seamless Down Parka
UNIQLO’S Parka has been a favourite of many for multiple winter’s now. However, this year it has became even more popular than ever. UNIQLO have some very eye-catching bargains for Black Friday 2025, but none better than their famous Seamless Down Parka available for just £109.90 on their website. The coat is extremely water-resistant due to the fabric UNIQLO use which is coated with a strong water-resistant agent, and the no seams effect prevents cold air from passing through the jacket.
3. CP Company DD Shell
Moving away from the ‘affordable’ nature of this list so far, we have the CP Company DD Shell. Retailing for £750.00 via the CPC online store, the DD Shell has had multiple Black Friday flash sales on the Flannels website with select colour-ways even dropping by 50%. The lightness and durability of the jacket, coupled with the cold-repellent warmth that the DD Shell provides pays homage to the luxurious service CP Company provides. As a result the CP Company DD Shell wins third place on this list, with the only drawback being the expensive price-point.
4. Canada Goose MacMillan Parka
The Canada Goose MacMillan Parka is almost certainly the warmest coat on this list, but there’s a catch. Coming in at an almost eye-watering price of £1,075 – this cold-combatting king is almost 10 times more expensive than the UNIQLO Parka that sits second on this list. Given a temperature rating of -10 degrees too -20 degrees via the Canada Goose website, there’s arguably some justification to the cost of the MacMillan Parka. However, this coat is most definitely not a bargain, and unfortunately doesn’t seem to fall under any Black Friday discount. If you can afford the MacMillan, and you want an extremely high-quality coat engineered for the extreme weather -then this is the coat for you this winter.
