Cooking with Kai: Eggy Bread

Ever wondered how to make eggy bread? Well look no further! Here’s Kai Valentine’s master recipe.

Ingredients

  • Eggs x 2
  • Milk (Full Fat)
  • Bread. White. Lesco’s Finest.
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Method

  1. Crack eggs into bowl, add milk and mix.
  2. Transfer mixture to plate.
  3. Soak bread in mixture.
  4. Transfer bread to hot frying pan.
  5. Fry.
  6. You’ll know when its done because it’ll be cooked.
  7. Transfer to plate.
  8. Garnish.
  9. Eat.
