Written by Spark on 1st June 2018
Our brand new summer schedule launches Monday (4th June) with a brand new look at weekends and some reshuffles across our weekday programmes.
But we’ve got a number of new shows joining the line up as Abbie Burgess and Jess Robinson among the new faces at weekends.
Abbie heads up a brand new show ‘Lazy Sundays’ every Sunday from 10am-12pm, which is part of a new relaxing Sunday morning schedule, including Sunday morning religious show MaxLife at 8am.
Spark Voices with Katie Baggott moves to a new earlier time slot of 9am and is extended to 11am.
Ethan Lowerson-Marshall returns to Saturday Nights as he and Adam Wood bring you the Saturday Night Party from 8pm-10pm each week.
And that’s followed by our brand new The Club Night Experience as Tom Glenwright guides you through from 10pm til 3am on Saturday into Sunday.
Jacob Moorfoot meanwhile moves from Sunday morning to Sunday evenings hosting a new three hour evening show from 7pm.
While Stevie B’s Funk Soul Brother moves slightly later to 10pm through til midnight.
Access All Indie continues each Tuesday with a new presenter, as Rebecca Dono takes over from Andi on Tuesday 7pm-9pm.
On Spark Breakfast, Nathan, EddyBrek and Nick continue on their current shows from Monday-Thursday while on Friday’s Betty Ball moves from Daytime to wake you up for the final day of the working week!
Current Friday Spark Breakfast host, Jonny Beattie moves back to DriveTime as he takes over Tuesday’s in the new Drive slot which now runs from 4pm-7pm.
Hayden Beckett takes on Monday daytime from 12pm-3pm.
