Stage Look: Cream on Thursday [#CreamfieldsFridays]
Written by Lee Hawthorn on 18th May 2018
Two weeks ago the Dance Revolution team kicked off #CreamfieldsFridays with a Stage Look for Cream Terrace on the first day of the four day dance festival
Taking place on 23-26 August, Creamfields 2018 features superstars such as Diplo, Galantis and Martin Garrix.
For this week’s #CreamfieldsFridays Stage Look we’re sticking to the Thursday with the Cream Stage showcasing DJ S.K.T, Kideko and George Kwali.
Headlining the Cream stage at this years Creamfields, DJ S.K.T is best known for 2017 floorfiller ‘Take Me Away’ which features Rae. Lately we’ve been loving the ‘A-Run A-Row’ collaboration with Idris Elba who is also playing at Creamfields this year. Back in March, S.K.T mixed the Pure Tech House compilation album so we reckon we can expect more of that for his Creamfields set.
Kideko and George Kwali are both playing Cream so it’d be rude for them to not unleash their 2016 cracker ‘Crank It’ at least once between them. Better yet, their latest link-up ‘All On Me’ is an absolute anthem and needs to be dropped at Creamfields 2018 in each and every set from each and every DJ.
Kideko also has a new solo single ‘Good Thing’ attracting early support as a Ministry of Sound ‘Track of the Week’ and placing in a Nike Women’s Spotify playlist packed with pure summer vibes.
In the last few years, Michael Calfan has treat us to a number of hits and we’re expecting latest release ‘Got You’ to follow suit.
Within days of its release ‘Got You’ earned support from Annie Mac and Diplo (maybe one of them will play it in their own Creamfields 2018 sets) and broke into Shazam’s Top 20 Dance UK chart.
Rounding off the Cream stage line-up is Nathan Dawe. The 23-years-old DJ mentioned Creamfields as a festival he’d most like to play back in a 2016 Q&A on his YouTube Channel and two years later he’s there.
After a sold-out headline show in Birmingham’s o2 Institute, Dawe is one-to-watch at this year’s Creamfields.
