‘The Mighty Mackem’ Tony Jeffries is back in the region to fight Matt Hainey at Peterlee, but the Wearside Super Middleweight caught up with Andrew Snaith and the Wednesday Night Sports team on the way, this past Wednesday.
Andy Muckles and Adam Callen were also on hand to fire questions Tony’s way. Sunderland’s Olympic bronze medal winner and 2008 North East Sports Personality of the Year was joined by his trainer Bobby Rimmer and also fielded the best of our listeners’ emails and texts.
