Tony Jeffries's masterclass

Sunderland Boxing hero Tony Jeffries will coming to Sunderland University later this month to give students a boxing masterclass.

The 2008 Olympic bronze medalist, Tony Jeffries will host a masterclass on Sunderland campus as part of the University’s masterclass sessions.

The sessions are designed to expand the student experience and offer inspiration through organized talks with prominent figures from a wide range of disciplines, including sport, politics and culture, according to Sunderland University. However, the students will also get a chance to ask Jeffries questions about his experience and the journey to Olympic.

The events will takes place on Thursday, April 29.The Masterclass is open to University of Sunderland students only.
