Six steps to stay safe.

1. KEEP EVIDENCE – Save messages

2. DONT REPLY – Never retaliate, block the bully and report it.

3. REPORT IT – Most websites and mobile phones operations have a place were you can report abuse.

4. ALWAYS RESPECT OTHERS – Dont bully others if you know you wouldnt like it done to you.

5. PROTECT- Use passwords for your online accounts and mobile. Dont let anyone have it.

6.TELL SOMEONE – Teachers or an adult. If your not at school go and find an organisation that can help you can be bullyed at any age not just at school.
