Growing tired of the monotony of the Newcastle club scene in 2007, 7 friends dreamed of change. Moving away from guaranteed crowd pullers and age’ing club gimmicks, Jaunt focused their underground bookings on up and coming international DJ’s and producers that were yet to be booked in the North. Jaunt have played host to some of the most talked about clubbing atmospheres in the area. 2009 has seen things really move forward and with two successful winter seasons under their belt and gig’s at Leeds’ ‘Back to Basics’, Middlesborough’s ‘*Riff Raff*’ and Manchester’s ‘The Warehouse Project’. Summer 09 see’s the Jaunt camp once again uprooting and touching down in Ibiza for a second season of mayhem hosting weekly workers parties in the back room of the sun set strips famous Savannah.
