Igneous Rock meets the Queen of the Internet

Emma and Natalie from Igneous rock sat down with the self dubbed ‘Queen of the Internet’, Jeffree Star, before he took to the stage with BrokeNCYDE on Monday 12th at the O2 Academy in Newcastle.
Star originally found success as a make-up artist, age fifteen in Los Angeles by wearing miniskirts and nine inch heels to attract attention from celebrities who would then contact him for make-up work at their homes and hire him as a model. Star then went on to gain a cult following by posting outrageous pictures of himself on MySpace and in 2006 was recognized as the sites most connected profile personality. The 23 year old now enjoys a diverse career as a model, fashion designer, make-up artist, DJ and of course singer-songwriter.
