Before the new year, I was laid in bed one night and to my horror discovered that my slightly flabby stomach had turned into an over hanging, jelly type thing.

It’s strange as there are still particular times of the day, especially when I’ve been driving home from Spark FM late at night that I crave a Big Mac or Zinger Meal, however I have to say I’m managing to turn down the temptation.

I feel great and can now get rid of the facial hair covering the double chin!

Mine was obvious – Christopher converts nicely into Christine. Unfortunately. Shelley’s seemed a little harder, but Channel 4 helped – Sheldon. Dan McConnell from Sundays (who was watching the football as he has no telly at home) would be Danielle, again, boring and predictable.

We thought we’d go through and come up with alternative names for some other Spark presenters. Yes, Calumina is an actual name. Tune in to Calumina Hider on Tuesday’s and Thursdays, and Ethana O’Leary on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  We’re not even making these up.

Shelley revealed she had a friend called Ben Dover,  and Dan said one that was true but too rude for the radio. Tut tut.

We also discovered the Sugababes are reforming for the twenty millionth time, this time with the original lineup. We’ll have about thirty groups called the Sugababes before we know it!

And finally, Mark Wright, of course the expert in stable relationships, is to release a dating book – while The Daily Mail tells us your friends can give you cancer. Great.

On this week’s podcast from the breakfast show, Daniel pitches another film idea. We ask the listeners (oh na na) what’s my name? We hear all the latest from Wrestlemania with our special WWE interview. The guys discuss the grand national, tell the feel good story of the week…and of course Daniel turns into Dr. Love again to answer your relationship problems.

Dan asks the audience what happened when they met their idols, and relieves his own experience in the Chicago Bulls locker room. The show contains usual features such as ‘Feel Good Story’, ‘Blast From The Past’ and ‘Wake Up With Jeff’ as Dan awakens his former radio partner from his pit at an earlier time of6 am to find out all the latest American gossip. Also Dan’s weekly film pitch involves the royal family bumping into trouble (and Ke$ha in Harlem) whilst Ivan’s accent impressions start horrifically.
