4 confirmed victims from the North East after Manchester Terror Attack

Four people from across the North East have died after Mondays terror attack in Manchester.

Courtney Boyle (19) and her Step-dad Philip Tron (32) from Gateshead have been confirmed as dead by family after the Manchester terror attack.

Courtney, was a criminology and psychology student at Leeds Beckett University and Philip was a barman in Gateshead.

Chloe Rutherford (17) and Liam Curry (19) were a couple from South Shields who sadly were confirmed dead this morning by a joint statement from Greater Manchester Police and the Family:” On the night out daughter Chloe died and our son Liam died, their wings were ready but our hearts were not.

“They were beautiful inside and out to ourselves and our families, and they were inseparable.

“Chloe always described herself as ditzy who Liam adored and would do anything for, including dealing with Chloe’s demands for chocolate.

“They lived to go new places together and explore different cities. They wanted to be together forever and now they are.”

The Manchester Evening News has set up a fundraising page to help families which have been affected by the attack, the money will then be used by the British Red Cross who are offering support to those families. Click here to donate.
